Products

 

  • Are the rompers of good quality? 
      • Yes, they are! We have quality checks each time they return to us and wash them at a very high temperature. We check them for size, wear and tear, quality and stains.
  • Are the rompers sustainable?
      • They are as sustainable as possible and can be 100% recycled due to the high quality of bio cotton and buttons. 
  • Is the process of washing sustainable?
      • Because we use water in the wash process, it isn’t the most sustainable. However, it is the only method to make sure your babies enjoy the highest standard of hygiene. And at the end of the day it does do less harm to wash and reuse our rompers, than it does to produce completely new ones. 
  • Are the rompers safe?
      • Yes, we use materials that are soft and gentle for your baby’s skin. The rompers also have less seams than conventional rompers which ensures even more comfort.
  • What happens if I damage a romper?
      • That’s not the end of the world. We are human and things can go wrong. Please let us know within 24hours at hello@red-orka.com or send us a Whatsapp at +31 6 341 145 65. If possible please send us a picture of the romper as well. For every romper that’s damaged we do charge a small fee of €4,-.

Subscription

 

  • How do I purchase a subscription at Red Orka? 
      • You can do that on our website easily via the xx link ( fill in the link to Firmhouse). Mention when you want to receive the rompers and the rest will be automated from there.
  • Is there a minimum subscription time?
      • We offer a 12 month subscription with lower monthly rates. Alternatively, you can select a flex subscription for a minimum of 3 months which you can extend at any time. 
  • When does my subscription start?
      • The day you receive the rompers!
  • What if I change my mind about the rompers? 
      • You can return the rompers within 14 days. The rompers must be unused and we ask you to send us an email at hello@red-orka.com or a Whatsapp at +31 6 341 145 65 to let us know. 
  • I’d like to cancel my subscription, what do I have to do?
      • That’s sad news! But you simply need to email us at hello@red-orka.com or send us a Whatsapp at +31 6 341 145 65 to let us know.
  • Is there a notice period to cancel?
      • We have a one month notice period. Note, in this last month you can still use the rompers before sending them back.

 

 

Shipment

  • When do I receive the products? 
      • You will receive the rompers when you would like to have them. We advise you to have them delivered 2 weeks before you expect to need them. If you need them earlier, contact us at hello@red-orka.com or send us a Whatsapp at +31 6 341 145 65 and we’ll try to get them to you asap.
  • How do the rompers get delivered?
      • Do you live in Amsterdam? Then you will have them delivered by yours truly by bicycle. Outside Amsterdam we send the products per postNL.
  • What are the shipping costs in the Netherlands? 
      • Free! 

Payment

  • How do I pay my subscription?
      • Our subscription is monthly, and starts when you order is proceed for your first batch of rompers. With the first payment we activate a monthly direct debit meaning you’ll be charged monthly. If you ever change your mind you can easily and swiftly stop your subscription with us.
  • What’s included in the subscription?
      • Taxes as well as any applicable delivery fees. 

Return process

  • You’re not using the rompers anymore and want to send them back?
      • Send us an email at hello@red-orka.com or a Whatsapp at +31 6 341 145 65 one month before you’d like to stop the subscription. We’ll then send you the EAN code for the return. You can put it on the box with the rompers in it and send it via PostNL. 

Damage

  • What happens if I damage a romper?
      • That’s not the end of the world. We are human and things can go wrong. Please let us know within 24hours via email hello@red-orka.com or Whatsapp +31 6 341 145 65. If possible please send us a picture of the romper as well. For every romper that’s damaged we do charge a small fee of €4,-.
  • What happens if a romper gets stolen?
      • Nothing you can do about that. If that happens please contact us within 24 hours as well as the police department. This will be treated similar to if a romper is damaged, so we will charge you €4,-.

COVID-19

  • Can you deliver the products during COVID-19?
      • Yes, even during the pandemic we will deliver the rompers to your doorstep. Of course with your health in mind so you can be sure that we’ll take care of adhering to all the rules and regulations. Your health as well as that of our employees and partners has the highest priority.
  • Can the virus be transferred via the rompers?
      • We trust het Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu (RIVM) and they state that “outside of bodies the virus does not stay alive. The contact with products should be safe”. In addition to that, the rompers are washed at 95 degrees ensuring they are hygienic to use.
